"We tried over 20 pizza places in most of Sardinia and I have to say that they have the most authentic best Neapolitan style pizza in all of the island. We have visited them multiple times and the standard was top level."

"Enjoyed a perfectly executed meal on the first night of my honeymoon, the squid tentacles antipasti was beautiful, complete with caviar & fish roe. We rounded out the meal with 2 brick oven pizzas, cocktails & tiramisu. Service was prompt and friendly, portions generous. If your command of Italian is poor, note: you pay in the back corner of the restaurant, your server will be waiting for you after they drop the bill. Prices were great for quality & portion of food."

"Before writing this review, I visited this place a few times and I have to say that almost everything we ordered was excellent. If you're in the Posada area, you shouldn't miss this place. The pizza is exceptionally good! (Try the Sardinian one; it's really good.) All the pasta we ordered was amazing as well. The tuna tartare was great, and the fish was really good quality. The only downside was a sweet sauce that didn't complement the dish at all. They also have a good selection of wines, craft beers, and cocktails. Additionally, you should try their mirto liqueur – it's delicious."

"When I first saw the restaurant from quite far away I was thinking that it's just another pizza place. Wanted to order a pizza but it wasn't available and went for Napoli instead. Already I was thinking that I am not going to like it but that pizza was fantastic. Really tasty dough and the wood fire oven added a touch. Definitely recommend."

"Holidaying in North East Sardinia from the U.K. in mid June 2023, following a recommendation we visited this Pizzeria for dinner, which is located in the heart of Posada We were warmly welcomed, and opted to sit outside. The restaurant, both inside and outside, is nicely decorated, clean and well ventilated. Our pizzas were excellent - high quality dough and ingredients - they tasted delicious. We also shared a nice dessert. The staff here are friendly, helpful and professional. The bill was very reasonable. I strongly recommend you visit this Pizzeria."

"Amazing pizza, really the best we’ve had in Sardinia. Good tiramisu, very thoughtful that they have non alcoholic drinks! BUT the staff really need some proper training, they all seem to be half asleep, they are nice people but not very responsive and attentive to the guest. One lady is an exception, but I don’t know her name."

"We recently had a late lunch at Eteria Food and Drink, and it was absolutely worth the drive. The setting is calm and welcoming, and the service was excellent—we were quickly seated and didn’t have to wait long for our food to arrive. I ordered Tonno e Cipolle Pizza (tuna and onion pizza), and it was truly delicious. The crust was perfectly baked—crispy on the edges and airy inside—with a bright, fresh tomato sauce, melted mozzarella, sweet onions, and tender pieces of tuna. Everything was well-balanced and flavorful. My husband had the costata di manzo sardo (Sardinian rib-eye steak), which was juicy, tender, and grilled to perfection. On the side, he ordered caponata di verdure (a Sicilian-style sautéed vegetable dish), which came served in a lovely pan with crisped bread cubes and colorful, well-seasoned roasted vegetables like zucchini, eggplant, peppers, and tomatoes. A great mix of flavors and textures. Portions were generous, ingredient quality was top-notch, and overall it was excellent value for money. If you’re planning to go in the evening, I’d definitely recommend making a reservation—this place fills up quickly for a reason!"
